Safety Protocol

We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure safety. Given our current times, we may not be able to process some orders to some facilities like hospitals and nursing homes that may currently prohibit deliveries. If trying to send flowers to one of these sites, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask you to reach out to us directly as we have other creative ideas that may help. For all other orders, ALL of our deliveries are now “NO CONTACT”. Orders are carefully placed at front doors/desks or other locations as specified. We kindly ask all of our clients to be sure to provide recipient’s CELL PHONE or other CONTACT NUMBER so that we may send them a FlowerCrates DELIVERY NOTIFICATION upon arrival.
